Comfortable spacious room

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room for 3 nights. The timber floors and wooden furniture gave the room a cozy vibe. Super comfy beds and a spacious bathroom were definitely highlights! The TV was big, too. We loved the late check-out option, which made our departure a lot easier. The only downside was that it was a bit far from Nanjing Street and the Bund, but not too bad since Yu Garden was close by.

The room was nice and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. The location is very central, just a short walk from the metro, making it perfect for exploring. Breakfast offered an extensive choice, catering to various tastes, which I appreciated. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful city view from my room, adding a lovely touch to my stay.

We enjoyed our stay in an Executive Suite with a cozy atmosphere, providing plenty of space for our family and two babies. The complimentary drinks in the lobby and the comfortable 48-inch LCD TV added a nice touch for entertainment during downtime.

In my wife’s opinion, having extra towels for the babies would have been a great help.

staying at ssaw was fantastic! the location was a huge plus, just a short walk to yu garden and close to metro line 10. the breakfast was perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help, even calling us a taxi to the airport. the fitness center was a great feature too, helping us unwind after our adventures.

I had an amazing stay with my friends! The staff went above and beyond, and the location was perfect for visiting the Yuyuan Garden and the Bund. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the varied breakfast options. They had free snacks available late at night, which was really convenient after our long days of exploring.

However, the hotel is showing signs of wear, and some areas could benefit from maintenance. The breakfast could use improvement, particularly the quality of the coffee, which wasn’t the best.

The Deluxe Double Room was super comfy with hardwood floors and a nice seating area. Loved having an electric kettle, minibar, and a big flat-screen TV. The shower had great pressure, and I appreciated the free laundry services and toiletries. Gym access was a bonus too! Location was perfect for the metro and major sights.
